Short and honest, matched to what actually happens here: a patient writing about a condition he lives with, a self-assessment quiz, and some products he uses. No claims beyond that.

Seek urgent care for difficulty breathing, swelling of the throat, lips, tongue, or face, dizziness, or a widespread reaction that comes on fast. Those are emergency symptoms and nothing on this site should delay you.

Everything on Dermatographia.com is educational and informational. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not treatment. Using this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship of any kind, and I am not a physician.

About the quiz and your score
The dermatographia quiz is a self-assessment built from lived experience and published literature. It is informational only. It has not been clinically validated, it is not a diagnostic instrument, and a score of any level neither confirms nor rules out dermatographia or any other condition.
The 30-day plan on the results page is a set of general, commonly discussed self-management ideas. It is not prescribed for you, it does not account for your medical history or other medications, and it should be reviewed with your own clinician before you act on it.
