Cutting grains, adding meat stock and kefir, slow breathing when skin gets touched

For me it's absolutely about the gut.

I cut grains from my diet and added meat stock — not bone broth, meat stock — and kefir, and that drastically reduced my symptoms. Then I went carnivore for three months with the stock and the kefir, and it was 99% gone.

I'll be honest about the other side too. August was the month from hell and my diet was garbage, so it's slowly been creeping back. I'm looking forward to getting back on track for longer and totally kicking it.

I also think the nervous system plays a big part. Sometimes if I take slow breaths and rub my skin where something scratched it, I get no reaction at all. Same skin, same scratch — different state.

I don't take any antihistamines. That's not advice, it's just where I've ended up.
